Cancellations / Rescheduling 

Appointment date offers need to be confirmed within 48 hours, or they will be voided and given to the next client.

Rescheduling / Cancelling deadline is 48 hours before your appointment. A 120$ fee will be given if you reschedule / cancel within 48 hours of your appointment. You will not be rebooked until the $120 is paid.

If you are late 20 mins, or no-show to your appointment, you will be charged the $120 fee. 

Designs

Provide as much detail as possible when filling out your tattoo request form. We use this as our consultation.

 

Your design will be provided to you when you arrive for your appointment. 

​

Small changes / adjustments are allowed when you come for your appointment. 

​

If you need to make big changes or completely change your idea, you must contact us at least 1 week prior to your appointment with your changes. We cannot allot time for full design changes on the day of appointment, it is likely you will be rescheduled to a different day. 

Things you should know

We will not tattoo you if you are intoxicated. 

​

1 Guest per person. No children allowed in the tattoo area. There must be another adult present to be with the child in the lounge during tattoo time.
